This website may be routed to an outside agent or booking engine. The agents and/or booking engine have been approved and licensed with the Tourism Authority of Thailand. This website assumes no resonsibility for the actions of our affiliates. Each agent or booking engine may have different terms & regulations, it is the responsibility of the 'user' to read all terms.

  • If your room(s) is/are available you will be sent an email link to a secure online payment form. You agree to complete this payment within 72 hours of confirmation.
  • Credit Cards are accepted.

    To confirm your reservation you must successfully complete and submit the payment form.  
  • A deposit plus a non-refundable processing charge of 5-10% may be required to guarantee reservations.  Refund of deposit only will be given if cancellations are received 21-14 days prior to arrival date (depending on individual resort or booking engine policies) and will be subject to a 20% cancellation charge. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations less than 21 days before scheduled arrival. The  processing charge is separate and independent of this resort and does not subtract from your overall payment at checkout. The charge covers taxes and handling fees, as well as varying international transaction rates.
  • Discounted Rates (if any) apply only for confirmed reservations made through this website. They will be applied on the reservation form and you will be charged at the discounted rates at time of booking. This website offers a discounted rate for on-line reservations, the Resort has the right to charge you Resort Rate if you stay longer than your on-line reservation. A full deposit is required in order to take advantage of discounted rates.
  • The Daily Rate is based on the Resort Rate (plus discount if any) at Season Rates.  High, Peak, and other Season rates will be added or subtracted to the total deposit before deposit is paid. 
  • If your stay resides during a changing of the Seasons Rates, you will be charged accordingly to each season.
  • All requests will be processed in the order they are received.
  • All correspondence may be handled through an independent agent  that is licensed and approved
  • This website, nor it's affiliates, will be held responsible for the action of any resort. Prices and views may change at the discretion of the resort. Information on this website is accurate up to the time of publishing
  • Room rates subject to change at the discretion of Resort.
  • Prices are based on the current exchange rate at time of deposit
  • Guests are required to pay the balance (if any) of room charges upon departure.
  • Breakfast is not included unless otherwise stated
  • Please notify us if you will be a late check-in, Rooms will only be held until 6pm or last ferry, on the day of your booking.
