• If your room(s) is/are available you will be sent an email link to a PayPal online payment form. You agree to complete this payment within 72 hours of confirmation or your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

• To confirm your reservation you must successfully complete and submit the PayPal online payment form.

• A deposit equalling a minimum of 2 nights stay is required in order to guarantee your reservation.  The deposit amount is based  on the seasonal rate at date of arrival. Prices during your stay may fluctuate depending on season.
  Once confirmed and guaranteed, all reservations are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.
  
  
• A non-refundable transaction charge, between 4%-9% deoending on rates, is required in order to confirm your booking. This fee is separate from your room charges and covers taxes and handling fees for each confirmed booking, It does not subtract from your overall payment at checkout, and applies only to the deposit amount.
  
  No refunds for no-shows or cancellations without a 14 day advance notice.


• Festival, High and Peak Sseason are higher than the basic rate, the difference will be charged to guest upon check out.
  
  
• Depending on individual resort policies, your reservations will be handled through a licensed independent agent
  
• Guests are required to pay the balance of room charges upon departure.
  
  
• Rooms will only be held until 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the day of your arrival
  
  
• Room rates subject to change at the discretion of Resort.
  
  
• Information you have provided is for our records only and will not be given to third parties unless expressly specified.
  
  
• Upon arrival, you agree to present your printed Reservation Confirmation.
